Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients - Ingredients
1x chicken breast
1x packet of Hokkien noodles
1/2 red capsicum
1x teaspoon garlic
1x tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1x teaspoon soy sauce
50 g fresh spinach leaves
Place noodles into a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Separate noodles with a fork.
Remove skin from the chicken and dice into 1 cm cubes.
Remove seeds from the capsicum, Cut the capsicum into strips approximately 1cm x 5cm.
Heat oil in a wok. Add chicken to the wok and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Add capsicum and garlic to chicken. Sauté until soft.
Drain the noodles with a strainer.
Add the noodles, sweet chilli and soy sauce to the wok. Stir through.
Add spinach leaves and stir fry for about a minute, so that it is just wilted.
