Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Main - Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
150g chicken, chopped
3 mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon flour
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
½ cup milk
¼ cup cream
¼ cup grated tasty cheese
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain.
Dice onion and slice mushrooms.
Cut chicken into 1cm cubes.
Place oil into a frypan and heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté.
Add chicken and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
Stir in flour and mustard.
Add milk and cream stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.
Stir in cheeses and parsley.
Add the drained pasta to the chicken mixture, stir until hot. If the mixture becomes to thick add some extra milk. Serve.
