Perfected over two years with my wife and children as the guinea pigs.

Veggie Mix - Ingredients

3x Green Capsicum
3x Red Capsicum
4x Red Onion
Olive Oil

Steps

Roughly chop Capsicum into pieces
Chop onion into wedges
Put Wok or Frypan on gentle heat
Place all vegetables into Wok or Frypan and sprinkle with olive oil to cook slowly

Meat Mix - Ingredients

6x Chicken Breasts
4x tablespoons of Cumin
1x tablespoon of Garlic Powder, 1x tablespoon of Onion Powder, 1x tablespoon or Salt
2x Limes
24x Fajita wraps and various dips of your choice to spread onto wraps
2x Tomatoes and 2x hot sauce or salsa mix
1x teaspoon of Chilli flakes (Optional)
Olive Oil, butter etc for cooking chicken

Steps

Chop chicken into squares or strips and place into a bag
Finely grate limes and add to chicken
Squeeze lime juice and add all remaining ingredients in with chicken and mix well
Stand for 20 mins then cook Chicken in batches on high to quickly seal and keep adding to the veggie mix
When close to end of batches of chicken, place the wraps into oven for 10 mins in foil to warm
Dice tomatoes into squares

Notes:

To eat spread each wrap, as you go, with dips, tomatoes, veggie mix and meat mix.

Fajitas are a popular Mexican Nineties fast-food item, thanks to Jack in the Box and Taco Bell
