Ingredients - Ingredients
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
10g feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons flavouring ingredient 1
1 tablespoon flavouring ingredient 2
1 tablespoon fresh herbs
Preheat oven to 200°C
Finely chop the flavouring ingredients and herbs.
Place 1 tortilla on a baking tray lined with paper.
Arrange the ricotta, mozzarella, feta, flavouring ingredients and herbs on the tortilla.
Place the remaining tortilla on top, like a sandwich. This is a quesadilla.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown and crisp.
Cut into wedges and serve warm
Flavouring ingredients could include: corn, capsicum, mushrooms, tomato, red onion, cooked diced sweet potato, ham salami chicken
Pronounced Ke-sa-dee-ya A quesadilla is a traditional Mexican snack. It is a sandwich made with tortillas and homemade soft cheese. The quesadilla is then cooked on a hotplate.
